1. The service
Safaqa matches businesses and investors. We receive confidential applications and mandates, review them, and may arrange introductions.
Applications, reviews, and calls are completely free.
We do not hold funds or company assets. In some engagements, the parties manage and close the transaction themselves. In others, we help them progress towards closing, but only when explicitly engaged to do so under a separate signed agreement that defines our role.
Closing support does not give Safaqa authority to sign for a party or bind it to a transaction. Each party remains responsible for its decisions, professional advice, and transaction documents. Any support remains subject to applicable law and any required authorisations.
2. Who may use it
Adults 18 or older, acting with authority for the business or investor they represent.
You must send information you are allowed to share, keep it accurate, and tell us if something material changes.
3. Fees
A success fee is due only if a deal closes with a party introduced through Safaqa, under a signed letter. No success fee is payable if the deal does not close.
The signed letter sets out the success fee amount or rate, who pays, the qualifying introduction, and when payment is due. The agreed trigger must include an introduction through Safaqa and the closing of the deal.
Extra structuring or specialist work requires a separate signed agreement with its own agreed scope, fees, and payment conditions. It is not included in an application or automatically covered by the success fee. Payment for that separately commissioned work is governed by its agreement and may be due even if no deal closes.
No success fee obligation arises without a signed fee letter, and no specialist-service fee obligation arises without a separate signed agreement for that work. Applying, being reviewed, or having a call does not by itself create a fee obligation.
4. Your content
You keep your rights in what you submit.
You allow us to host and organise your submission for review and agreed services. Disclosure to others remains subject to the Confidentiality page, and personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Submitting content does not expand your consent to sharing it.
You must not impersonate anyone, submit files without authority, upload malware, attack the service, or use it to deceive.
5. What we may do
We may ask questions, decline a file, pause a process, or take a listing down when needed for accuracy, security, law, or your request.
We will give notice when we can.
6. Availability and responsibility
The site may change or go down. The Disclaimer explains the limits of website information, independent due diligence, and the absence of guaranteed transaction outcomes.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for your investment or sale decisions, or for deals you do or do not close.
7. Disputes
Write first to hello@safaqa.co.
Governing law and court will be set when the Lebanese entity is registered. Mandatory law still applies.
8. Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Posting a draft does not by itself bind you to new terms.
